I've received a wrong size order and when I tried reaching the customer service initially then asked me about the issue and when I started elaborating it they just cut the call and stopped responding to my calls after that. Worst customer service ever experienced.

This is regarding my latest purchase of Inc. 5 footwear from Ajio. I ordered the product on Ajio which was received on 22nd may, 2023. And I wore it on same day, it was not even 10 minutes that my footwear broke from middle joint. That wasn't what I expected from nation wide famous brand. I spoke with Ajio customer care about it and they told me send mail to Inc. 5 directly and get approval to return this product. I just hope that you people will help me to get it returned as soon as possible.

I have received a defective product .And now nobody is there to listen.I hv been mailing daily here and there in inch5 customer care or SIMPL AAP still no response.This really sad on the part of online business.Uits better to always buy inch5 products from the local store other than this site.Instead of resolving the issue they r just dumb.

I have purchased one handbag from inch 5 in the month of December 22. I haven't used it till now. But today when I checked my handbag to take it out it was damaged. This was the worst experience with inch 5 Cost of that bag is 4500 it was too much expensive for a middle class person.

Quit trying to act like you're not a "middle class person". Check goods upon receipt ; in the real world you can't fool around for 8 months and then demand a refund.

Since you're so wealthy, what's $4500 to someone like you ? Give an equal amount to the poor and perhaps God will forgive you for being greedy.

They are not providing exchange of one of the items I ordered online because of the fit issue and size of the footwear is unfit for me. However, I had ordered correct size only 37 which is my size. Out of the 2 footwear I had ordered, 1 is total fit for me as it fits me as per my size but the other 1 due the to design of the footwear is unfit fir me and total waste of money for me . I am only asking for exchange but the customer service is not responding to me on timely basis and also are declining to exchange the item.

Wrong order

13 days since order placed. Wrong order was delivered. Basically i received an order of another customer by same name . Not sure how such mistake happened. After emailing photos of product n invoice clearly showing another customers name no action has been taken by inc since 10 days . Two emails sent as reminder. Many calls done . Firstly no proper customer care number . Then called through pissed .they give another number which is not reachable. Basically no accountability if ur order is not in order. Not expected from Inc. Disappointed. Always better to buy frm nykka and myntra . Much better logistics and customer care!

I had purchased this from inc 5 from Ahmedabad one mall in Ahmedabad. It was purchased on sep 2022. After wearing it twice, i noticed the top layer of the base peeling off. I hv emailed this on your email I'd given on your bag but no reply. Pls look into the matter as inc5 is a reputed brand.
